How to order?

Choose the style, size, color, and quantity you prefer. Click add to cart, input your details, and checkout to place an order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. You may also take a screenshot of your order and message us on Facebook messenger if you need further assistance.

• GCASH, Paymaya, BPI bank deposit or online transfer
• Cash on Delivery Nationwide except for Palawan

Dianne Shoes is located in Butuan City, Mindanao. Our courier partner is J&T Express.

Order Tracking:

Tracking Numbers will be provided after shipment. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. Usually, tracking number starts at 94*** 

Returns and Exchanges

We allow returns and exchanges as long as its on original condition within 7 days.

We accept rebranding, wholesale at a cheaper price for our shoes and bags. For more inquiries, message us on our facebook messenger, Dianne Shoes. All our products are made in the Philippines.
