Why the item that I ordered had the wrong color? I ordered a silver and it arrives white

Ibang kulay ang dumating. . white yung order ko. . Kakainis pina order lang to sakin e san make sure na tama or make sure na yun yung order ko. . Kainis
Not true to size Yung size 40 still doesn't fit on me sobrang tight ..but I'm sure if I got the right size it will definitely comfortable for my feet thanks..
Please add to your description if it needs to add size for wide feet. Thank you
